We’re here when the pause gets stuck.

Email support@wordguard.co and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Please don’t send the text of a prayer, gratitude note, or reflection.

Before you write

• Screen Time permission must stay on for the shield to work.
• The shield cannot open WordGuard by itself. Tap the notification to start the pause.
• The Simulator cannot finish Screen Time authorization. A physical iPhone is required.
• Purchases are restored from the app with Apple’s restore purchases control. See the FAQ for the rest.
